The Romanian kitchen. Today we prepare the stuffed peppers with the meat and rice in tomatoes juice for a marvelous lunch. A complete meal ! We choose the peppers after colors ( yellow, red- 10 peppers), take 1kilo of milled meat ( pork, cows ), rise ( 60 g), juice of tomatoes ( 2 liters), 2 onions, 3 carrot , parsley , pepper , laurel, salt and chili pepper. Without tire it cleans the peppers by seeds, it drain of water and it fry in oil milled onion with the meat, rice , condiments and 30 ml of tomatoes juice. All is made . But, again we have to do. Non is complicated, you what think ? After all to prepare a baking tin for oven. It put the stuffed peppers with the stuffed part overall with the tomatoes juice and the laurel leave. To keep to oven for cook circa 30 minute at 200 grade. And after ,all is yet! Good meal. There are for all!
