A day, in which with all we have the appetite to eat a cake with vegetables, certainly  the idea of pizza you bring to a cake, it’s very a little bit sophisticated , with others ingredients and power odors of the vegetables and greens. This day I liked ! I will prepared a cake with vegetables “ the cake with mixt vegetables” in style Italian. I will wish good appetite!!! How, what fantastic appetite make me…

How is it prepared?

Simply, with patience and perspicacity we enter in culinary preparations world( mondial, Italian style): washing  and towel all mixt vegetables ( we clean onions and carrot, we eliminate interne seeds of pepper and extremities of pumpkin and eggplant).After which we cut finely slice the pepper, eggplant, pumpkins and onion. Following the end: : we take a pan high enough, we heat it with olive oil where bake light all ingredients( for start the onion, at that  it adds the carrots , pumpkins and peppers turning a spoon of wood  adding and little water. All to bake  circa 10 minute. Afterwards with the great perspicacity , take a short crust pastry you stretch it  into round form of oven on a layer of butter o oil o safer  on oven paper , we add slowly  the content of vegetables with cheese  or mozzarella in form of oven on that we add albums  by eggs and parmesan. It baked to oven  circa 25 minute at o temperature  of 200 by grade until that  it becomes a color light brown. You wish  good appetite  at cake with salted vegetables! The wine you choose light brown, this time we close one eye!
