Ingredients: fondant chocolate 55% – 260 g; sugar-160 g; eggs- 2; bitter caco- 20 g; peanuts-170 g; butter-150; flour 00-50 g; salt- little. To crumble peanuts and dry fruits, to melt chocolate at marine bath after all to put into pan. After which to melt the butter to unites with chocolate, flour, eggs, fruits dry, peanuts, cacao, and mixt them until to obtain the homogeny composition. To cover the tray with the paper of oven where to put all composition for to baked at 180 grade, time of 25 minutes. Good appetite will be a sweet day.
