A Christmas cake, good and amazing with his goodness for all that eat him. IT’S THE REALLY THING. Oh, how it makes you a think at the childhood looking the mother’s hands. Beautiful remembers! When to tell of chocolate you became greedy , when you look the biscuits became happy and after when to eat…. is more good. Uff and Oooooh starting! Somebody certainly make him  and we eat him: biscuits -250 g, sugar-120 g, cacao -30 g, butter soft-150 g, white torrone- 60 g, eggs- 2. Now , we having a little patience, The preparation is quite difficult! It’s cut a pieces torrone , is push in mixer for few seconds to maxim speed after to added the  pieces of biscuits with the hands. Into the bowl to push the butter soft with the sugar and the eggs battled with electric mixer until all is creamy, homogeny and comes added the torrone and the biscuits. Easy , to push the cacao ,the rum for aromatized and all composition to push on papierof oven on form de roll and close to extremity as un cylinder. The roll se push in fridge average 6 hours or freezer 2 hour. Afterwards passed the time of cooling down to removed the papier of oven  covering with the powder sugar. To eat  at slice with the great pleasure for Christmas in family. Good appetite and Merry Christmas!
