The nuts is good, nutrients, but of this time we think at”cozonac” the Romanian cake. A cake more appreciate which to eat all year. The Romanians says: Amazing! Appetizing! Very good! Delicious! Having again? So, this way for the cake ”cozonac with the nuts” he become a king in family table. Now we think at the preparation, in this kind he become know in word. The ingredients for the pastries: butter-100 g, eggs-2, brewer’s yeast -50 g, sugar- 100g, milk- 200 ml, flour-600 g and little salt. For filling : nuts-500g, cacao-100g, sugar- 200g, marmalade- 100g. With the joy we prepare him! The butter to put at warm for dissolve after it’s mixed with the sugar , the eggs, the milk and the brewer’s yeast. At the end to arrive the flour homogenized all and to necessity to put a few lightly warm water until to obtain an homogeny pastries . It-s leave to warm for double up in volume of pastries. After three hours to make a lightly sheet by pastries on that to arrive the filling on the roll form, with the yolk  to polish over for give a beautiful aspect. To met at oven in a form of baking to temperature 200 grade until the color become golden black . To leave to cold for to be yet to our table.
