An Italian typical meal ! Lasagne… always desired , preferred and appetizing! Italian kitchen is the more complex and varied , the lasagne enters on the first place between the single dish. When to eat the lasagne always to find a smile , is a Italian goodness without dubs. “Good , and again I want!” Off , we start. Let’s prepare, look and cook !Paste on leaves ( lasagne) , 500 g grind meat( pig, calf), 1 onion, 3 carrot, 1 celery, salt, pepper, tomato juice, leave of laurel. Béchamel cream ( 1 liter of milk, 100 g butter, 100 g flour, nutmeg ). Without forgot , we need again of grind cheese ( 250 g). The Italian lasagne there is many cooked variant( at asparagus, at chicory, at cheese, at grind meat with vegetable and sausages, at cream béchamel and zucchini, at salmon), un future it can discovery. All the ingredients to clean and to chop and frying in a pan at oil ( 10 minute) where to arrive the grind meat with tomato juice for fry slightly in time( 10 minute) and cooking an another hour arriving slight, slight 1 liter of water. To prepare the béchamel cream ( butter, flour fry slightly fine to color brown light afterwards to arrive the milk and nutmeg with little salt). A little tiresome but we are the wish! Try? And the end to keep a pan, to put a layer of béchamel, a layer of lasagne at leaves, a layer of grind meat , a layer of béchamel, a spoon of grind cheese …. And so a layer after layer to alternates all. After the grind cheese to put in oven at 200 grade ( 30 minute). It’s facile of prepared , good of eat. To eat goodness, together a wine red glass . All is marvelous !!!!
