“ Oui ou Non ! “ This time is been « Yes” with a great majority of votes in accumulating 345 of approbations after the general discourse  to Assemble National. The opposition is rested with a discreet “ Non” by 177 votes contrary to new  Castex govern. Want Jean Castex change the French economic, social politic? Is he the reformatory waited by Macron? All remains to look. The suppositions there are ! Entering to end of five years of mandate by Macron he sustains a new politic absolute strategy  in opposite to unemployment with the new plane by 100 milliards for raising economic, ecologic and territorial and the project of law oppose  to the separatism for fight the Islamic radicalism and fundamentalism. With the pandemic Covid-19 , France is entered into more big sanitaire crises after the second Mondial War at that the premier Castex gives  a new plan of investments and for raise the sanitaire system by 19 millions of Euro. Second objective is to help the new generations in field of work, searching the new jobs in implementation of civic service , contract of work  and training  for the year 2021. For unemployment are expected 38 milliards in reassurance of new jobs , transformations of industrial and strategic sector.
